If you and I were having coffee right now … I would thank you for agreeing to meet so late. Since it is late and I had a hectic weekend, I would probably opt for a cup of mint majesty herbal tea. Very calming.
If you and I were having coffee right now … I would ask you what is new in your world. After listening to your response I would tell you how glad I am that we are able to get together on this glorious fall New England day. I would ask you if you wouldn’t mind sitting at one of the outside tables so we could soak up some sunshine while we can still enjoy it.
